Musta · the room where your team still thinks together
In the AI era, how you run a meeting is a career skill.
Musta runs your meetings so the people in them can think together: it automates a two-minute brief, it supports the discussion, and it helps ensure commitments and decisions stick.
Two ways in: join our ten-week programme with world-leading expert on how teams meet, Professor Peter Hawkins, or book a session with one of our team to see how Musta could be best implemented straight into your team.

For you · the 10 weeks

Déjà vu in a meeting?
The same things said again, and nothing moving.
You have been stuck at the bottom.

Picture this
Your colleague had an idea.
AI agrees. Enthusiastically.
Now you have five pages to read.
“Can we jump on a call? I’ve had this idea.”

Your attention is spent before the meeting starts.

More decisions to make, but less attention to make them.
Meetings are now increasingly the only chance to cut through the work and talk about what is truly important. But bad meetings kill motivation quicker than anything.

Questions people ask
Before you apply.
Can I use Musta without joining the programme?
Yes. Thirty minutes with one of us. We look at the meeting you run, discuss how Musta could be a fit for you, and set you and your team up for the following week.
Is Musta an AI notetaker?
No. Notetakers only record the meeting you had, and leave you to infer the notes as an extra task in your day for each meeting. Musta improves the quality of your meeting, so your discussions are better, and then tracks the work so you don’t have to.
Do I need my team’s permission?
No. You can see how Musta is, and then decide if you think it works for you. You only need to run a recurring meeting for this.
What if my company won’t pay?
This is the same as external coaching. It is great if your company will pay, but would you expect them to? Most members fund it themselves or expense it. Whole leadership teams are a separate arrangement; ask us.
Who actually coaches me?
Peter teaches the four masterclasses to the whole group. Between them your action learning set of six holds you to it, and an experienced coach is available for up to three one-to-ones whenever you want them.
How much of my time does it take?
Two one-hour sessions every three weeks across the first nine weeks, plus a final one-hour session in the final week. Everything else happens in the meetings you already run.
What if I want out?
Commit to the first four sessions. After that, if it is not for you, tell us and we will reimburse you the full £249, any time up to Friday 20 November.
When am I charged?
Nothing is charged until you are accepted and say yes to the start date. Applying commits you to nothing.
Why only twelve?
There is some flexibility, but from Peter’s forty years of experience this is the optimal amount for expert-taught and peer-driven learning.
