The Musta Founders Cohort

Terms, refund and consent.

Twelve leaders, ten weeks, £249. This page says what you are buying, how you get your money back, and what we do with what we see in your meetings. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Version 2 · 17 September 2026 · for the cohort running 12 October to 18 December 2026

01Who you are dealing with

The cohort is sold and run by LIMINEER SAS, a French simplified joint stock company (société par actions simplifiée) with share capital of €10,000, whose registered office is at 15 rue du Bornage, 77690 Montigny-sur-Loing, France. Registered at the Melun trade and companies register under number 935 316 620 (SIRET 935 316 620 00019), VAT number FR26 935 316 620, represented by Joachim Vandaele, President.

In this document, we and us mean Limineer SAS, Musta means the software we make, and you means the person on the cohort.

The agreement is with you, personally. A place belongs to the person on it. If your employer pays for you that is a convenience, not a change of who we are dealing with: you hold the place, you decide about it, and any refund goes back to whoever paid.

Professor Peter Hawkins and Renewal Associates teach on the programme. Your agreement is with us, not with them.

02What you are buying

Ten weeks, Monday 12 October to 18 December 2026.

With Peter
Three teaching sessions with the whole cohort, in weeks 1, 4 and 7, and a wrap-up session in week 10.
With your peers
Three action learning sets, in weeks 2, 5 and 8, in the same group of six for the whole programme.
With your coach
Up to three one-to-ones across the ten weeks, booked whenever you want them.
Musta
From week 4, Musta runs the meetings of the team you bring, for the rest of the programme, with no limit on how many. We set it up with you individually in weeks 4 and 5.
Scoring
We score how your meetings run at the start and again at the end. You keep both.
Afterwards
Your team keeps access to Musta when the cohort finishes. We will tell you the terms of that before the programme ends, and nothing will be charged without you agreeing to it first.

Sessions are held online unless we tell you otherwise. We will send times and joining details before the cohort starts. Peter's four dates are confirmed to members ahead of week one.

03Applying, being accepted, and when this starts

Applying commits you to nothing. You send us the form, we read it, and we come back to you and talk before you decide anything. Nothing is charged at the application stage.

There are twelve places. We choose who takes them and we do not have to give a reason either way. If we offer you a place and you accept it, you pay, and this agreement starts at the moment you pay. Paying means you accept this page. We will email you a copy of it with your receipt.

The cohort needs at least six people to run. If we do not reach six we will not run it, everyone who has paid gets all of their money back within fourteen days, and nothing further is owed by either side.

04The price

£249, paid once, after you are accepted. It covers everything in section 2 for all ten weeks. It is an introductory price for the first cohort.

  • £249 is the whole price. VAT is included. Nothing is added at checkout and there is no booking fee.
  • One payment. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and nothing is taken from you again.
  • Payment is by card, through Stripe. We never see or hold your card details.
  • Your employer may pay on your behalf. Ask us and we will invoice them.

05Changing your mind: your fourteen days

You have fourteen days from the day you pay to cancel this agreement for any reason, or for no reason, and get everything back. You do not have to explain yourself and we will not ask you to. Email [email protected] and say you are cancelling. We refund you in full within fourteen days of hearing from you, by the same method you paid.

Because applications close in September and the cohort starts on 12 October, for most people these fourteen days run out before anything has happened.

If you are accepted late enough that the programme starts while your fourteen days are still running, and you ask us to start you anyway, you can still cancel, but we may keep a fair share of the fee for what you have already had. If you would rather keep the full right, say so and we will simply not start you until your fourteen days are up.

In short

Fourteen days, no reason needed, everything back. This is your right in law and nothing on this page takes it away.

06Our refund: the first four sessions

The fourteen days above are the law's promise. This one is ours, and it runs a good deal longer.

Come to the first four sessions. If it is not working for you, ask for your money back and we return the whole £249.

The first four sessions are Peter in week 1, your action learning set in week 2, Peter in week 4, and your action learning set in week 5. By the end of those you have had Peter twice, met your group twice, and had Musta set up in your own meetings. That is the point at which you can fairly judge the thing.

Opens
Once you have attended those four sessions, which is during the week of 9 November.
Closes
Friday 20 November 2026, end of day.
How to claim
Email [email protected], tell us you want the refund, and tell us why it has not worked for you. We will not argue with your reasons. We do want to hear them, because it is the only way the next cohort is better than this one.
When you get it
Within fourteen days, to whoever paid.
What we ask
That you attended the four sessions, and that you tell us what did not work. If you missed a session, talk to us. We would rather move you to a later cohort than argue about it.

If you take this refund your place ends and Musta stops running your team's meetings at the end of that week. Everything you have learned is yours to keep.

07What we ask of you

This is a programme you practise, not one you attend. Three things are on you.

  • Turn up. Peter's four sessions and your three action learning sets are the programme. If you cannot make the first session at all, tell us and we will move you to a later cohort rather than start you behind.
  • Use it on real meetings. Take it into the meetings you already run, with the team you actually lead. Practised on hypothetical meetings it does nothing.
  • Be able to say yes on your team's behalf. By joining you confirm that you are entitled to bring Musta into your team's meetings, and that nothing in your employment or your employer's policies stops you. If you are not sure, check before you pay rather than after.

Your group of six shares real problems with each other. What is said in your action learning set stays there. We ask that of everyone and we expect it to hold.

08If you want us in the room

This one is optional, and it is the part people get most out of when they take it.

A coach from our side can sit in on a meeting you run and give you feedback on what actually happened, rather than on what you remember happening. It is the difference between being told how to run a room and being watched running yours. If you want that, ask us at any point in the ten weeks and we will find a meeting that suits.

If you would rather not have a visitor in your meetings, that is completely fine and nothing else changes. Nobody from our side ever joins a meeting you have not asked us to join.

If you do ask us in, tell your team we are coming. It is your room and they should not be surprised.

09Your team

You bring one team. Musta runs that team's meetings from week 4 onwards, with no limit on how many you run during the programme.

Your team members are not party to this agreement and we are not asking them to sign anything. That is why section 7 asks you to confirm you can say yes on their behalf, and why section 10 says plainly what happens to what they say.

If you change jobs during the ten weeks, tell us. The place is yours and you keep it. Musta access follows the team, so if that team is no longer yours we will work out together what makes sense.

10What Musta records, and what we do with it

Musta sits in your team's meetings. It is worth being precise about what that means.

What it holds

  • The brief and agenda for each meeting, and what people contribute to it beforehand.
  • A record of the conversation, and the decisions, commitments and owners that come out of it.
  • Who attended, and how the meeting ran: timing, participation, whether commitments from last time were met.

What we do with it

  • We use it to run your meetings and carry decisions from one to the next. That is the product.
  • Your coach sees your team's material, because that is what the coaching is based on.
  • We do not show it to other members of the cohort. Your action learning set hears what you choose to tell them, and nothing else.
  • We do not use your meetings to train AI models, ours or anybody else's.
  • We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Limineer and the service providers who help us run Musta.

Who is responsible for it

Your employer decides what happens to its own people's data; we handle it on their instructions. In data protection terms your employer is the controller and we are the processor. A separate data processing agreement sets that out properly, names the service providers we use, and we will give it to you before Musta goes into your meetings in November. Ask for it sooner if your own people want to see it first.

You can ask us at any time what we hold, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it, at [email protected]. We keep your team's meeting material for as long as you keep using Musta, and for twelve months after you stop, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

11Scores, quotes and stories

Three different things, treated differently on purpose.

Your scores

We score your meetings in week 1 and week 10. Those two numbers are yours. We also add them, without your name or your company on them, to the cohort's overall results, so we can say something honest about whether the programme works. If you would rather we left yours out entirely, say so and we will.

Anything with your name on it

We will not quote you, name you, name your company, or write about your team without asking you first, in writing, about that specific use. Applying is not permission. Joining is not permission. We will ask nearer the end, you can say no, and saying no changes nothing about your place or your refund.

What we will never do

Nothing from inside your meetings, and nothing from your action learning set, goes into any marketing at all, named or not.

12Who owns what

The teaching is not yours to resell. The material Peter teaches, the frameworks, the slides and anything we hand out belong to their authors: Professor Peter Hawkins and Renewal Associates, or us. You may use all of it, for as long as you like, in your own work and with your own team. You may not sell it, teach it commercially as your own, or publish it.

Sessions may be recorded so that someone who misses one can catch up. Recordings stay inside the cohort and are not published. If you would rather not appear in one, tell us and we will work around it. Do not record, share or repost a session yourself.

What you make is yours. Your meetings, your decisions, your notes, your team's material and anything you build using what you learn belong to you. We claim nothing in it.

If you tell us how to make Musta better, we may act on it and we will not owe you anything for it.

13If something has to change

We may move a session. People get ill and diaries move. If we do, we will tell you as far ahead as we can and put it somewhere that works.

If we have to change more than one of Peter's four sessions, or if he cannot teach the programme at all, you can leave and we will refund a fair share of the fee for the part you have not had. His four sessions are a substantial part of what you are paying for.

We may improve the programme as it runs. What we will not do is take away anything listed in section 2.

If something genuinely outside our control stops us running it, such as a serious failure of the services we depend on, we will tell you quickly and either move what we can or refund a fair share for the part you have not had.

14Ending it early

You can stop at any time. Outside the two refunds above, stopping does not get your money back, because the cost of running the cohort does not fall when someone leaves it. If something serious has happened, tell us, and we will be reasonable.

We can ask you to leave if you behave in a way that damages the experience for the other eleven. We would talk to you first. If it comes to that you get back a fair share of the fee for the part you have not had, unless what happened was serious, in which case you do not.

Your place is yours and cannot be handed to somebody else, though if your circumstances change we can usually move you to a later cohort. Just ask.

15The law, and what happens if we fall out

French law applies to this agreement. If you live somewhere else, this does not take away any protection you have under the law of the country you live in.

If something has gone wrong, write to [email protected] first. We would much rather sort it out directly, and on a cohort of twelve you will be talking to the people who run it.

If that does not work, you are entitled to take the matter to an approved consumer mediator, free of charge to you. Write to [email protected] and we will give you the scheme's details. Going to a mediator does not stop you going to court afterwards, and nothing on this page takes away your right to do either.

16What we owe you if it goes wrong

We will run this programme with reasonable care and skill, and we will do what section 2 says.

What we cannot promise is a result. The programme changes how you run meetings if you use it. It is not a guarantee of any particular business outcome, and we are not liable for the decisions your team takes in meetings we helped you run.

If we are liable to you for something, what we owe is limited to the £249 you paid us. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or lost opportunity.

None of this limits anything that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

17How to reach us

Everything on this page goes to one place: [email protected]. Refunds, questions, complaints, deletion requests, and telling us you have changed jobs. Write in English or in French.

This page is written in English. If we publish it in another language and the two versions disagree, the English one is the one you agreed to.

If we change these terms for a future cohort we will, but the version you agreed to when you paid is the one that applies to you, and it is this one.

Musta is a product of Limineer SAS. Professor Peter Hawkins teaches on the programme in association with Renewal Associates.
